I am now teaching Spanish in Galveston, Texas. Another Middle School and the High School need Spanish Teachers ASAP. Spanish teachers are really hard to find here. If it's possible, please e-mail the Spanish and Spanish Teaching Graduates to let them know we need Spanish Teachers. If they have any questions they can e-mail me at emhumanities@yahoo.com or check out the district on the web gisd.org.

Muchas gracias

My high school in Plano, Texas is still in great need of a Spanish teacher. We are about 5 weeks into school and have a teacher resigning. If you know of someone with ties to northern Texas, or someone who wouldn't mind the adventure of relocating, please pass this information on. Plano is located in a fairly high socio-economical area, LDS presence is strong (for being east of the Rockies--temple close by!). The Plano Independent School District pays well--starting is over $35,000. My school with the current need is Plano Senior High (11th and 12th grades only). I am the Spanish Team leader. Anyone interested can contact me at gshield@pisd.edu
