Scholarships

FLAS Fellowship

This scholarship covers the cost of tuition for the academic year, and includes a stipend ($5000 for undergraduates and $15000 for graduates).
The Spring/Summer Fellowship program covers the cost of an intensive-language program, and a stipend (up to $2,500).

BRASA Scholarship

A one-time $1,500 travel scholarship to do exploratory research or language study in Brazil. This scholarship targets aspiring Brazilianists with relatively little or no experience in Brazil.

FLSR Scholarship

Anyone majoring or minoring in a subject taught in the College of Humanities, and has been accepted to live in the Foreign Language Student Residence, is encouraged to apply!
